Trade those tortilla chips for celery! Instead of 1 oz. of chips, dip 1 cup of celery into your dip. You can save 125 calories!!! Now the important thing is to watch what you are dipping into! Salsa is always a good choice! You know to watch out for those mayo laden dips! It’s the season for picnics and BBQ’s, you can be the one to bring the “healthy choice.”
