Guilt Free Creamy Herb Dressing...

Just to mix it up and try something different, here is a new dressing that I tried this week over our grilled steak salad.
(These are the basics, I added a few more herbs and spices).

1 red pepper. seeded and chopped
2 cups Greek fat free yogurt
1/4 cup of fresh basil
3 cloves. coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Makes about 2 1/4 cups and will keep for about a week in the fridge. Each 2 tablespoon serving has just 15 calories!

Until Monday  keep thinking veggies and protein!
