Spice it up…
I find myself putting this Smoked Spanish, hot paprika on EVERYTHING! I just can’t get enough. This morning I slipped when I tried to sprinkle some on my breakfast - egg in the hole (see blog 11/24) and that is when I found out – you can really pour it on! I have been using it in my vegetables, sautéed or roasted and when I smoke some chicken, pork or salmon. It doesn’t give off a lot of heat, just a lot of flavor! If you want some heat try something like the ground chipotle chile peppers and if you want to live dangerously, go for the ground habanero chile pepper!
